2008 Vermont Bar Exam Dates

February 26-27;  July 29-30

Vermont Bar Exam Format

The exam lasts two days.  On day one, two MPT and four essay questions are administered.  On day two, the Multistate Bar Exam is administered. Click here for more information about AmeriBar's Multistate Bar Review Course.

Vermont Bar Exam Scoring Information

Applicant must pass both sections.  135 (scaled) is a passing score for the MBE.  135 (scaled) or 36 (raw) is a passing score for the essays.

Applicant may transfer a scaled score of 135 or higher if prior exam was taken within 4 administrations of the exam.
