The MBE counts for 1/3 of the total score.  The rest is combined and counts for 2/3 of the score.  An overall passing score is 70%.

Can transfer MBE score taken within 25 months of exam.

Attorneys licensed in Washington state may be eligible to be admitted on motion in Idaho.  Attorneys who have actively practiced 5 of the 7 years preceding application are not required to take the MBE.
